The Managing Director retains overall responsibility for the operation of the Quality Management System, with routine management of the system delegated to the Quality Manager.
The objectives of the Quality Management System are: -
a. To maintain an effective Quality Management System complying with BS EN ISO 9001 :2000 (Quality Management System)
b. To achieve and maintain an economic level of quality which enhances the Company's reputation with its customers.
c. To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
d. To endeavour, at all times, to maximise customer satisfaction with the services provided by Farebrother Ltd.
To achieve this objective it is incumbent on all personnel to be fully committed to the maintenance of the Company's Quality Management Programme.
