No safety policy is likely to be successful unless it actively involves work people themselves. Farebrother will therefore co-operate fully with customer site safety representatives who will be provided with appropriate facilities and training necessary to carry out this task. The manager of the site will be Farebrothers first point of contact on site. The manager will abide and comply with CDM regulations. Where Farebrother are the principal contractor they will control, monitor and record Health and safety issues. Where Farebrother are principal Contractor they will eject any person from site not complying with CDM regulation.

Farebrother employees are made aware of their own duties under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act, to take care for their own safety and that of other workers and to co-operate with Farebrother so as to enable it to carry out its own responsibilities successfully.

A copy of this statement is issued to all employees. It will be reviewed, added to, or modified from time to time and may be supplemented in appropriate cases by further statements relating to the work of particular departments or groups of workers within the Company.
